Green Earth Expo 2008

Green Earth Expo 2008 is the world largest sustainable commerce and lifestyle tradeshow with over 50,000 attendees and 600 exhibitors expected.
The Expo will run from Wednesday, May 14th to Sunday, May 18th at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, the greenest convention center in the U.S.
Green Earth Expo 2008 is different from other Green shows. The Green Movement has been largely a local grassroots effort, pioneered by many passionate, hard-working visionaries. Thanks to their work, Green has reached critical mass, and this Exposition will bring together the entire supply chain from manufacturer to consumer. The Green Earth Expo will be the largest show of its kind, allowing hundreds of Green and Sustainable corporations and non-profits to showcase their Green initiatives to other businesses and consumers. The Green Earth Expo 2008 will feature major automakers, alternative energy providers, green construction fabricators and contractors, Green service providers, energy efficient appliance manufacturers, as well as health & wellness groups and organic retailers.

The Golden Glass

Golden Glass 2008 marks its 5th anniversary by celebrating the most exciting, sustainable wines imported into the San Francisco Bay Area.
Previously an exclusively Italian wine event, Golden Glass has expanded to include sustainable and terroir expressive wines from Spain, Greece, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. The wines will be complemented by savory delights and sweet treats from the Bay Area¹s top restaurants and artisanal producers. Attendees will also learn about Slow Food's Ark of Taste through educational information and tastings.
Golden Glass Event Details: The event is on Sunday, June 8 at Ft. Mason's Festival Pavilion in San Francisco. Trade and press are welcome from 11:00 am-1:00 pm; the General Public is welcome from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm. Advanced tickets are $45 for Slow Food members, $50 for non-members; tickets purchased at the door are $60. Online tickets will be available soon; tickets can currently be purchased by mail.

Join Slow Food Central New Jersey to enjoy exquisite food paired with great
wines from local NJ wineries, and to participate in educational workshops

and more dished up by some of the most exciting chefs in New Jersey.
