Going bananas by Slow Food USA intern Sara Hoffman Yesterday in the New York Times, Dan Koeppel, the author of Banana: The Fate of the Fruit that Changed the World (which will be reviewed in the upcoming Snail), published an opinion piece about the homogenization and industrialization of the banana.
