Filled with articles and essays about the good, clean and fair food movement, The Snail provided a glimpse into Slow Food USA. The Snail was published until 2009. We have since moved to more timely, targetted updates and communications through our mailing list. PDF versions of past issue are available for download below.

Special publication of Slow Food International:

The Almanac brings together the year as it was lived by the worldwide Slow Food network: projects, campaigns, aspirations and outcomes. A colorful publication illustrated by many photographs, the volume of more than 100 pages is produced in six languages in an online format. A facts and figures section adds an overview of the status of the association's membership, projects and finances.
