Enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind experience as you take yourself on a three-floor self-guided snacking, shopping and educational tour hosted by a variety of talented chefs, local artisans, Whole Foods Market and Slow Food Chicago.
Throughout your self-guided adventure, meet local chefs and taste their personalized farm-to-plate dishes, nibble off feasting tables highlighting favorite foods from local farms, experience educational programming provided by Slow Food Chicago, and shop local artisans’ fare including spirits, wine, craft beer, and goods.
Special activities include a fresh cider pressing in the Whiner Tap Room and music from local musician Neil Dixon Smith. The Slow Food Patron package also includes an exclusive VIP Chef Demo with 2019 James Beard Award Winner, Greg Wade of Publican Quality Bread.
