Come on out Friday, September 15 for a Fermentation Happy Hour celebrating all things fermented – including the launch of our collaboration miso with @SharedCultures!
Using heirloom California Santa Maria Pinquito Beans from @Rancho_Gordo and spices from @OaktownSpice, we aimed to create a miso reminiscent of the renowned Santa Maria BBQ – wait till you taste this smokey spicy wonder!
Come get a sneak peek of the miso and buy a jar ahead of the regular shop while enjoying other fermented goodies from @ThreeStoneHearth, @FoxTaleFermentationProject and @Cafe15Oakland (plus wine from @Hammerling – also a fermented product)
We’ll have a couple short presentations about the miso project & fermented beverages as well as a demo and info session from Elizabeth of @preservedgoods Maybe you’ll go home with your very own fermentation crock…?
