The event will include a panel discussion and cooking demonstration about saving, cooking and eating grains, beans, seeds and legumes – the ingredients that are the focus of Abra’s second cookbook, Grist: A Practical Guide to Cooking Grains, Beans, Seeds, and Legumes — a title that is also the selection for this year’s Slow Food Books Network Wide Read.
