DIGITAL MARKETING TOOLS

Key takeaways about Snail of Approval
  • Snail of Approval is an international award that brings attention to amazing food businesses that embrace the Slow Food vision of good, clean and fair food for all.
  • Snail of Approval awardees are food businesses that are excelling in two or more of these areas: sourcing, environmental impact, cultural connection, community involvement, staff support, and/or business values.
  • Please use the full term “Snail of Approval” when writing about the award
  • Capitalize “Slow Food” when referring to the global movement; never pluralize as “Slow Foods”
  • Have ideas or questions? Email SFUSA Director of Communications Brian Solem here.
