As we invite new people to join as members during the September membership drive, we are also making space to connect with one another as leaders. These calls are for all network leaders—board members of local chapters, participants of national communities, and folks who are interested in getting more involved.
For Slow Food USA’s September 2023 Leader Summit, we want to bring leaders throughout our network together to workshop how we can continue to nourish our connections and connect our foodways.
Over the course of four Thursdays in September, we’ll be featuring free workshops that will explore how our movement can deepen into our roles in the social change ecosystem.

WE ARE DISRUPTORS
WE ARE DISRUPTORS
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 8PM ET / 5PM PT
We inspire bold action to break down social and political barriers to good food access. We spark dialogues around food as politics, food as climate action, food as pleasure, and food as a catalyst for change. We’ll be discussing these with Dan Mueller, Melanie Kirby, and Lindsay Troyer, hearing about how our network can have discussions that influence policy at every level.
