Join Slow Food USA and the Heirloom Collard Project as we holler for collards in the kitchen! Collard seed champions Bonnetta Adeeb and Chris Smith will be our co-hosts, taking you behind the scenes in collard innovation. You will hear about the groundbreaking work being done to grow open pollinated collards far and wide. Then, we’ll have a front row seat in the kitchen of Culinary Artist and Preservationist Gabrielle Etienne, who will share her collard stories, recipes and help us to celebrate this glorious green during Slow Food USA’s Collard Week.
