Slow Food USA is seeking an experienced development professional to strengthen our fundraising program. You will work closely with the executive director and rest of the staff to build and diversify our funding portfolio, including individual giving and membership, corporate partnerships, and foundations.
Slow Food USA is seeking a leader to build and execute the movement’s communications and external relations strategy. This position is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic communications professional to build connections between chefs, farmers, and the many participants in our broad and diverse network, through compelling storytelling and multimedia campaigns.
Right now, we have to choose a side that we are honoring. We need to stand up to massive corporations who are homogenizing food and make sure that culture has a voice. Working on a global level with food activists, indigenous or not, relationships develop and we are stronger together.
